396 Hz Liberating Guilt and Fear

In our hectic, modern lifestyles, a regular mindfulness practice can be an effective means of attempting to overcome and cope with life’s daily stresses. Whether we’re dealing with difficulties at the office, at home, or in our personal relationships, practicing mindfulness is capable of diffusing tension, increasing our sense of clarity of calm, and bringing peace into our daily lives. For people dealing with anxiety, depression, and other emotional and psychological issues, mindfulness meditation can be particularly effective at providing long term, lasting relief and support. Many people report significant improvement in these sorts of conditions after adopting a mindfulness practice.

However, incorporating mindfulness meditation into our daily routine isn’t always easy. Many of us maintain incredibly busy schedules. From the moment we wake up until the moment we go to bed, our entire day is sometimes accounted for in advance. While adjusting this situation may be a worthwhile long term goal, the reality is that many of us need a way to begin to incorporate meditation and relaxation into our lives now, and not at some undetermined time in the distant future.

If you find yourself in a situation where you’re unable to incorporate a meditative practice into your current daily schedule, that doesn’t mean that you can’t still obtain some of the benefits associated with meditation. Instead, why not make meditation a part of your sleep habits? While this might sound impossible, it’s actually completely doable. With this binaural beats sleep meditation, you can do just that. This meditative music occurs at 396 Hz, a sacred frequency that’s associated with helping us let go of fear, guilt, and other negative motions. Listening to it while sleeping can be healing, restorative, and incredibly helpful. You may notice an immediate improvement in your mood, level of focus, and overall wellbeing. Feel free to use this sleep meditation as much as you like, and share it with friends and family members.

According to Webster’s dictionary, this solfeggio tone represents a very strong magnetic field. 396 Hz can be used as means for the realization of goals. It will give power to the goal. This healing sound frequency has beneficial effects on feelings of guilt. 396 Hz frequency cleanse the feeling of guilt, which often represents one of the basic obstacles to realization, enables achievement of goals in the most direct way. 396 Hz releases you from the feeling of guilt and fear by bringing down the defense mechanisms. This solfeggio frequency can also be also used as means of grounding, awakening, sobering and returning to reality

Binaural Beats

Binaural beats, or binaural tones, are auditory processing artifacts, or apparent sounds, caused by specific physical stimuli. This effect earned greater public awareness in the late 20th century based on claims coming from the alternative medicine community that binaural beats could help induce relaxation, meditation, creativity, and other desirable mental states. The effect on the brainwaves depends on the difference in frequencies of each tone (in this particular video we use frequencies of the Delta and Theta range which will induce Root Chakra Activation, Deep Meditation, relaxation, NREM Sleep, Deep Dreamless Sleep and loss of body awareness).

The brain produces a phenomenon resulting in low-frequency pulsations in the amplitude and sound localization of a perceived sound when two tones at slightly different frequencies are presented separately, one to each of a subject’s ears, using stereo headphones. A beating tone will be perceived, as if the two tones mixed naturally, out of the brain.

Binaural beats reportedly influence the brain in more subtle ways through the entrainment of brainwaves and provide other health benefits such as control over pain.
